Here at Shenandoah Mercantile and at our parent company, Randy's Hardware, we believe in this adage whole-heartedly. So much so that when the world's largest retailer decided to move into our tiny little town in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, we didn't buckle, we doubled down. We removed the cheap, throwaway style products we had on our shelves and instead brought in long-lasting, durable products. It has been a hit with our customers and it makes us feel good about ourselves too!
